Welcome to HeyPocket Trip (“we”, “us” or “the service”). By creating an account or using the service you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not sign up or keep using it.
1. What we provide
HeyPocket Trip is a trip-planning tool. You can save places you want to visit, plan each day, track spending, keep packing lists and notes, upload photos and edit a trip together with the people travelling with you.
Place details, photos, opening hours, whether a booking or ticket is needed, routes and travel times, and weather come from public sources and third-party services. They are for reference only and may be inaccurate or out of date. Before you travel, rely on the official information from the attraction, transport operator or accommodation.
2. Your account
Signing up needs an email address you can receive mail at. Keep your password safe and do not lend your account to others; you are responsible for what is done through it.
If you notice someone else using your account, change your password and contact us as soon as you can.
3. Your content
The trips, notes, lists, expenses and photos you create remain yours. To provide the service, you allow us to store and process them and to show them to you, to the companions you invite and to people who have a share link from you.
Please upload only content you have the right to use.
For places you add to a trip, public details such as the name, location and type may be reviewed and added to the shared place catalogue so other users can search for and use them. Your notes, photos, lists and expenses are never added to it.
4. Sharing and collaboration
You decide who receives an invitation link or a read-only share link. People who join through an invitation can edit the trip with you; people with a read-only link can see the schedule and places.
You can stop sharing or remove a member at any time. Do not post a link anywhere you would not want others to see the trip.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to upload or spread content that is illegal, infringing, harassing or malicious; to impersonate someone else; to attack or disrupt the service or scrape its content in bulk; or to get around access controls to reach data that is not yours.
For accounts that break these terms we may remove the content involved, limit features or disable the account.
6. Third-party services
Maps, place search, weather and encyclopedia content are provided by third parties (for example OpenStreetMap and Wikipedia). We cannot guarantee that they are accurate or always available.
External links opened from the app (such as navigation, official sites and booking pages) are run by others and are subject to their own terms.
Some places show a booking button that opens a partner site such as Trip.com. If you book through these links we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. Orders, payment, changes, refunds and customer service are handled by the partner, not by us.
7. Changes and ending the service
We keep improving the service and may change, pause or retire some features.
You can stop using it at any time. To delete your account and its data, use “Delete account” under Account → Account & security, or email trip@heypocket.my.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it stable and your data safe, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information in it is fully accurate.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by relying on information in the app or by the service being unavailable (for example a missed connection or extra costs). Keep your own copy of important bookings, documents and travel details.
9. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.

HeyPocket Money

These terms apply to HeyPocket Money at money.heypocket.my and its apps (the "Service"), provided by Linkco Enterprise, Malaysia ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
HeyPocket Money helps you record spending, income, bills and savings and plan your monthly money. Figures such as "Safe to spend" are estimates based only on what you enter. The Service is not a bank, does not hold or move money, and does not give financial, tax or legal advice.
2. Your account
- You can sign up with an email address and password, or with Google or Apple. Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, use the Service with a parent or guardian's permission.
- Tell us at cs@heypocket.my if you think someone else has accessed your account.
3. Guest mode
Without an account, records are kept only in your browser on that device. We cannot see, back up or recover them. If you later sign in, you can choose to import them into your account.
4. Shared ledgers
- With Pro, a ledger owner can invite up to 10 people with a one-time link that expires after 7 days.
- Members can see and add records in that ledger. Only the owner can rename, archive, back up or restore it, change its settings, or manage members.
- Only invite people you trust. The owner is responsible for who has access, and each member is responsible for what they add.
- The owner can remove a member at any time, and a member can leave. If the owner's Pro ends, members can still view the ledger but cannot change it. If the owner deletes the ledger or their account, members lose access to it.
5. Free plan, Pro and the trial
- The Free plan is free to use. Pro adds extra features described on the Subscription page.
- New accounts receive a free Pro trial for 7 days. When it ends, the account returns to the Free plan automatically. No payment details are needed and nothing is charged.
- Paid Pro periods are as shown at the time of purchase. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable for partly used periods.
- If Pro ends, your records stay. Some Pro-only data becomes read-only until Pro is active again.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, including: trying to access other people's accounts or data, interfering with or overloading the Service, uploading unlawful or harmful content, or using it for any illegal purpose. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
7. Your content
The records, receipts and photos you add remain yours. You allow us to store and process them only to run the Service for you. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.
8. Availability and backups
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Please keep your own copies of important records using the export and backup tools.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on figures shown in the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 that cannot be excluded.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account yourself under Menu → profile photo → Delete account, or ask us to do it at cs@heypocket.my. Deleting your account also deletes the ledgers you own, including shared ones. We may end or suspend the Service or an account with reasonable notice, or immediately if these terms are seriously broken.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will tell you in the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Malaysia.

一、我们提供什么
HeyPocket Trip 是一个旅行规划工具：你可以保存想去的地点、安排每天的日程、记录花费、整理行李清单和便签、上传图片，并和同行的人一起编辑行程。
应用里的地点资料、照片、开放时间、是否需要预约或购票、路线和交通时间、天气等信息来自公开资料和第三方服务，仅供参考，可能不准确或已经过时。出发前请以景点、交通和住宿的官方信息为准。
二、账号
注册需要一个你本人能收信的邮箱。请妥善保管密码，不要把账号借给别人；通过你的账号进行的操作由你负责。
如果发现账号被别人使用，请尽快修改密码并联系我们。
三、你的内容
你创建的行程、便签、清单、账本和上传的图片仍然属于你。为了提供服务，你同意我们保存、处理这些内容，并把它们显示给你自己、你邀请的同行者，以及拿到你分享链接的人。
请只上传你有权使用的内容。
你添加到行程里的地点，它的名称、位置、类型等公开信息，可能在审核后收录进公共的地点资料，供其他用户搜索和使用。你的备注、图片、便签、清单和账本不会被收录。
四、分享与协作
邀请链接和只读分享链接发给谁由你决定。拿到邀请链接并加入的人可以和你一起编辑行程；拿到只读链接的人可以看到日程和地点。
你可以随时停止分享，或把成员移出行程。请不要把链接发到你不希望别人看到的地方。
五、使用规范
请不要利用本服务：上传或传播违法、侵权、骚扰他人或带有恶意的内容；冒用他人身份；攻击、干扰本服务，或用程序大量抓取其中的内容；绕过访问限制获取不属于你的数据。
对于违反本协议的账号，我们可以删除相关内容、限制功能或停用账号。
六、第三方服务
地图、地点搜索、天气和百科资料由第三方提供（例如 OpenStreetMap、维基百科），它们是否准确、能否正常使用不由我们保证。
应用里打开的外部链接（例如导航、官网、订票页面）由对方运营，适用对方自己的条款。
部分地点会显示预订按钮，打开 Trip.com 等合作网站。通过这些链接预订，我们可能获得佣金，你付的价格不变。订单、付款、退改和售后由对方负责，不由我们处理。
七、服务的变更与终止
我们会持续改进本服务，也可能调整、暂停或下线部分功能。
你可以随时停止使用。想删除账号和其中的数据，可以在“我的 → 账号与安全”里注销账号，也可以发邮件到 trip@heypocket.my。
八、免责声明与责任限制
本服务按“现状”提供。我们会尽力保持稳定和数据安全，但不保证服务不中断、没有错误，也不保证其中的信息完全准确。
在法律允许的范围内，对于因依赖应用内信息或因服务中断造成的损失（例如错过行程、多花的费用），我们不承担责任。重要的订单、证件和行程信息请自行另外保存一份。
九、协议的更新
我们可能更新本协议，更新后会修改本页顶部的日期。更新后继续使用本服务，即表示你接受更新后的内容。

本条款适用于由马来西亚 Linkco Enterprise（"我们"）提供的、位于 money.heypocket.my 的 HeyPocket Money 及其应用程序（"本服务"）。使用本服务即表示你同意本条款。如果你不同意，请不要使用本服务。
1. 本服务是什么
HeyPocket Money 帮助你记录开销、收入、账单和储蓄，并规划每月的财务。"可安心花"等数字仅根据你输入的资料估算得出。本服务不是银行，不持有或转移任何资金，也不提供财务、税务或法律建议。
2. 你的账户
- 你可以使用电邮地址和密码注册，也可以使用 Google 或 Apple 注册。请对你的登录资料保密。你须对你账户下的一切活动负责。
- 你必须年满 13 岁。如果你未满 18 岁，须在父母或监护人的许可下使用本服务。
- 如果你认为有其他人登入了你的账户，请通过 cs@heypocket.my 通知我们。
3. 访客模式
没有账户时，记录只保存在那台设备的浏览器中。我们无法查看、备份或恢复这些记录。如果你之后登录，可以选择把它们导入你的账户。
4. 共享账本
- 使用 Pro 时，账本主人可以通过一次性链接邀请最多 10 人，链接在 7 天后失效。
- 成员可以查看和新增该账本中的记录。只有账本主人可以重命名、归档、备份或恢复账本、修改其设定或管理成员。
- 请只邀请你信任的人。账本主人须对谁可以访问负责，每位成员须对自己新增的内容负责。
- 账本主人可随时移除成员，成员也可以自行退出。如果主人的 Pro 结束，成员仍可查看账本，但不能修改。如果主人删除该账本或自己的账户，成员将无法再访问该账本。
5. 免费版、Pro 与试用
- 免费版可免费使用。Pro 提供"订阅"页面所述的额外功能。
- 新账户可获得 7 天的 Pro 免费试用。试用结束后，账户会自动恢复为免费版。无需提供付款资料，也不会收取任何费用。
- 付费 Pro 的期限以购买时所显示的为准。除非法律另有规定，已缴付的费用不会因期限只使用了一部分而退还。
- 如果 Pro 结束，你的记录会保留。部分 Pro 专属数据将变为只读，直到 Pro 再次启用。
6. 可接受的使用
请勿滥用本服务，包括：试图登入他人的账户或获取他人的数据、干扰本服务或使其超负荷、上传非法或有害的内容，或将本服务用于任何非法用途。我们可暂停或关闭违反这些规定的账户。
7. 你的内容
你添加的记录、收据和照片仍归你所有。你允许我们仅为向你提供本服务而储存和处理这些内容。我们如何处理个人资料，详见我们的隐私政策。
8. 服务可用性与备份
我们会尽力保持本服务正常运作并确保你的数据安全，但无法保证本服务始终不中断或没有错误。请使用导出和备份工具，自行保存重要记录的副本。
9. 责任限制
本服务按"现状"提供。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对任何间接或后果性损失负责，也不对你根据本服务所显示的数字而作出的决定负责。我们就任何索赔所承担的总责任，以索赔前 12 个月内你为本服务向我们支付的金额为限。本条款中的任何内容均不限制你根据《1999年消费者保护法令》享有且不可排除的权利。
10. 终止使用
你可随时停止使用本服务，并在 菜单 → 头像 → 删除账户 自行删除账户，或发电邮至 cs@heypocket.my 要求我们代为删除。删除账户会同时删除你拥有的账本，包括已共享的账本。我们可在给予合理通知后终止或暂停本服务或某个账户；如本条款遭到严重违反，则可立即终止或暂停。
11. 条款变更
我们可能会更新本条款。如有重大变更，我们会在本服务中或通过电邮通知你。变更生效后继续使用本服务，即表示你接受这些变更。
12. 适用法律
本条款受马来西亚法律管辖。任何争议均由马来西亚法院审理。

HeyPocket Money

Terma ini terpakai kepada HeyPocket Money di money.heypocket.my dan aplikasinya ("Perkhidmatan"), yang disediakan oleh Linkco Enterprise, Malaysia ("kami"). Dengan menggunakan Perkhidmatan, anda bersetuju dengan terma ini. Jika anda tidak bersetuju, sila jangan gunakan Perkhidmatan.
1. Apakah Perkhidmatan ini
HeyPocket Money membantu anda merekodkan perbelanjaan, pendapatan, bil dan simpanan serta merancang kewangan bulanan anda. Angka seperti "Selamat dibelanja" ialah anggaran berdasarkan apa yang anda masukkan sahaja. Perkhidmatan ini bukan bank, tidak memegang atau memindahkan wang, dan tidak memberikan nasihat kewangan, cukai atau undang-undang.
2. Akaun anda
- Anda boleh mendaftar dengan alamat e-mel dan kata laluan, atau dengan Google atau Apple. Rahsiakan butiran log masuk anda. Anda bertanggungjawab atas aktiviti di bawah akaun anda.
- Anda mesti berumur sekurang-kurangnya 13 tahun. Jika anda berumur bawah 18 tahun, gunakan Perkhidmatan dengan kebenaran ibu bapa atau penjaga.
- Maklumkan kepada kami di cs@heypocket.my jika anda fikir orang lain telah mengakses akaun anda.
3. Mod tetamu
Tanpa akaun, rekod disimpan hanya dalam pelayar anda pada peranti tersebut. Kami tidak dapat melihat, membuat sandaran atau memulihkan rekod itu. Jika anda kemudian log masuk, anda boleh memilih untuk mengimportnya ke dalam akaun anda.
4. Lejar dikongsi
- Dengan Pro, pemilik lejar boleh menjemput sehingga 10 orang menggunakan pautan sekali guna yang tamat selepas 7 hari.
- Ahli boleh melihat dan menambah rekod dalam lejar itu. Hanya pemilik boleh menamakan semula, mengarkib, membuat sandaran atau memulihkannya, menukar tetapannya, atau mengurus ahli.
- Jemput hanya orang yang anda percayai. Pemilik bertanggungjawab atas siapa yang mempunyai akses, dan setiap ahli bertanggungjawab atas apa yang mereka tambah.
- Pemilik boleh membuang ahli pada bila-bila masa, dan ahli boleh keluar. Jika Pro pemilik tamat, ahli masih boleh melihat lejar tetapi tidak boleh mengubahnya. Jika pemilik memadam lejar atau akaunnya, ahli tidak lagi boleh mengakses lejar itu.
5. Pelan Percuma, Pro dan percubaan
- Pelan Percuma boleh digunakan secara percuma. Pro menambah ciri tambahan yang diterangkan pada halaman Langganan.
- Akaun baharu menerima percubaan Pro percuma selama 7 hari. Apabila ia tamat, akaun itu kembali ke pelan Percuma secara automatik. Tiada butiran pembayaran diperlukan dan tiada sebarang caj dikenakan.
- Tempoh Pro berbayar adalah seperti yang ditunjukkan pada masa pembelian. Melainkan undang-undang menghendaki sebaliknya, yuran yang telah dibayar tidak akan dikembalikan bagi tempoh yang telah digunakan sebahagiannya.
- Jika Pro tamat, rekod anda kekal. Sesetengah data khas Pro menjadi baca sahaja sehingga Pro aktif semula.
6. Penggunaan yang dibenarkan
Jangan menyalahgunakan Perkhidmatan, termasuk: cuba mengakses akaun atau data orang lain, mengganggu atau membebankan Perkhidmatan, memuat naik kandungan yang menyalahi undang-undang atau berbahaya, atau menggunakannya untuk sebarang tujuan yang menyalahi undang-undang. Kami boleh menggantung atau menutup akaun yang melanggar peraturan ini.
7. Kandungan anda
Rekod, resit dan foto yang anda tambah kekal milik anda. Anda membenarkan kami menyimpan dan memprosesnya hanya untuk menjalankan Perkhidmatan untuk anda. Cara kami mengendalikan data peribadi diterangkan dalam Dasar privasi kami.
8. Ketersediaan dan sandaran
Kami berusaha untuk memastikan Perkhidmatan sentiasa tersedia dan data anda selamat, tetapi kami tidak dapat menjanjikan bahawa ia akan sentiasa tanpa gangguan atau bebas ralat. Sila simpan salinan rekod penting anda sendiri menggunakan alat eksport dan sandaran.
9. Had liabiliti
Perkhidmatan disediakan "seadanya". Setakat yang dibenarkan oleh undang-undang, kami tidak bertanggungjawab atas kerugian tidak langsung atau berbangkit, atau atas keputusan yang anda buat berdasarkan angka yang ditunjukkan dalam Perkhidmatan. Jumlah liabiliti kami bagi sebarang tuntutan terhad kepada jumlah yang anda bayar kepada kami untuk Perkhidmatan dalam tempoh 12 bulan sebelum tuntutan itu. Tiada apa-apa dalam terma ini mengehadkan hak anda di bawah Akta Perlindungan Pengguna 1999 yang tidak boleh dikecualikan.
10. Menamatkan penggunaan anda
Anda boleh berhenti menggunakan Perkhidmatan pada bila-bila masa dan memadam akaun anda sendiri di Menu → foto profil → Padam akaun, atau meminta kami melakukannya di cs@heypocket.my. Memadam akaun anda turut memadam lejar yang anda miliki, termasuk lejar dikongsi. Kami boleh menamatkan atau menggantung Perkhidmatan atau sesuatu akaun dengan notis yang munasabah, atau serta-merta jika terma ini dilanggar dengan serius.
11. Perubahan
Kami boleh mengemas kini terma ini. Jika perubahan adalah ketara, kami akan memaklumkan anda dalam Perkhidmatan atau melalui e-mel. Dengan terus menggunakan Perkhidmatan selepas perubahan berkuat kuasa, anda dianggap menerimanya.
12. Undang-undang
Terma ini ditadbir oleh undang-undang Malaysia. Pertikaian tertakluk kepada mahkamah Malaysia.
